Presentation: Maxx (How to set a table) step 1-dinner plate in center step 2- flatware around plate as it will be used fork to the left and spoon and knife on the right side of the plate step 4- place napkin under fork step 5- enjoy your food!

Isabel (30 minute mozzarella) step 1- gather food materials step 2-gather cooking materials step 3- sanitize work station you need to stretch the curds.

Food Donation: Thanks to everyone that brought food.

Horse – Ms. Brenda: Paper work due today, horse camp! (If interested, talk to Brenda), tags for trucks tell which parking lot to park in (Be careful where you park!), may do educational poster?
Cavy – Ms. Sarah: great time to do posters
Swine, goat. lamb and rabbit – Makayla and Anthony (RABBIT) April 1st around 3 or 4 talk to Makayla, April 8th at 2 at Makayla's house, fair paperwork due (PIG AND LAMB) 26th PIG at 4:30 (Amphi) LAMB 3:30 (Amphi) April 2nd SAME April 16th SAME (NEED SEASONAL PASS), creating boards on fair workday
Dairy – Mr. Skip: N/A
Gardening – Ms. Claire: N/A
Shooting sports/Archery – Mr. David: Sun March 19th at 9:00 at range, archery at Fair is April 9th at 8:00, also on the 9th posters are due in Pueblo Hall, continue to get license to rabbit hunt

-Fair work day April 15th (MANDATORY) there will be a sign in sheet, this is also the day wristbands and parking passes will be distributed 8:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M-

-each family gets a calendar!-

-buyer letter contest is due March 22nd-

-buyer letters should be sent out by April 1st!-include pictures, fun facts, what you have learned, challenges you have overcome, goals you've had, auction information (example- date, time, and location)-

-remember a buyers gift!-

-the theme for fair is carnival!!!!! How exciting-
