Meeting Notes

We have meetings the second Thursday of every other month at 6:00 pm. Projects in our group include beef, dairy cattle, dairy goat, poultry, market sheep/goat, rabbit, cavy, dog, and shooting sports. Bring your interests for additional projects.

-2026-2027 Officers were elected at last meeting in May. Your officers this year are:

President - Cadence
Vice President - Grace
Secretary - Korri
Treasurer - Bradley
Junior Leaders -Anyone interested in becoming a JR leader?
- 1-2 per project at the discretion of the adult leaders
- Mentor younger members
- Help lead meetings for their projects, activities and demonstrations and report on the projects happenings at the monthly club meeting
- Assist adult volunteers during meetings and events
- Set a positive example for behavior and responsibility
- Develop organizational tools and expectations for their projects at fair with the assistance of the adult volunteers

Project books – Each member will be responsible for keeping track of their activities in their project books this year (livestock and shooting sports)

By-Laws – to be distributed at the next meeting.
