Introductions: Everyone stood and announced what they were interested in for this upcoming year,

Welcome back everyone and a Welcome to our new friends joining.

   

    Approval of previous meeting minutes. None 

    Treasurer’s Report -  Bradley - $ $3,707.21  

    Motion to approve by Jeramiah Second: Kaelynn passed

  Old Business
    -2026-2027 Officers were elected at last meeting in May. Your officers this year are:

•  President - Cadence

•  Vice President - Grace

•  Secretary - Korri

•  Treasurer - Bradley

•  Junior Leaders -Anyone interested in becoming a JR leader?

  •   1-2 per project at the discretion of the adult leaders

  •  Mentor younger members

  •   Help lead meetings for their projects, activities and demonstrations and report on the projects happenings at the monthly club meeting 

  • Assist adult volunteers during meetings and events

  • Set a positive example for behavior and responsibility

  • Develop organizational tools and expectations for their projects at fair with the assistance of the adult volunteers

 Project books – Each member will be responsible for keeping track of their activities in their project books this year (livestock and shooting sports) 

​​

By-Laws – to be distributed at the next meeting.

​

Fair Theme for 2027 Fair – Storybook

Community Service:

•  Pet Supplies and food donations

•  Womens Shelter

•  Christmas cards

•  Fair Parking Lot cleanup

Fundraisers:

• -Car Wash 

• -Bake Sale    

• -Yard Sale

• -Fill the clover, Seedling give away 

     
Meeting occurrence (bi-monthly) and day change to second Thursday of the month to avoid conflict with other counties (project meetings).
