Presentation:  Kameron (Egyptian hylogriphs and rosetta stone- very important in Egyptian life- helped communicate, rosetta stone is a degree that was made around 196 B.C. )

New Business

  • T-Shirt Order- Ms. Sarah has volunteered to take orders for club t-shirts.  Last year, the t-shirts were donated by Cactus RV.  If they do not want to donate t-shirts this year, then members will have to pay for them.  Make sure you put your name and shirt size on the sign up sheet.  Please indicate if you want a child’s, adult, and lady’s t-shirt.

  • Project reports

  • Horse – Ms. Brenda (Gymkhana-Izzy did great, Adam did great one 1st and two 2nds, Rhiannon did great, Jack did great- wild mustang challenge- Rhiannon progressing, Jessie doing great)

  • Cavy – Ms. Sarah (Some are going to Kingman next month, getting ready for fair, working on breeding)

  • Swine, goat. lamb and rabbit - see image below – Makayla and Anthony (Pigs- 11 pigs tagged, Jan 29th meeting 3:30 @Landlab on Wetmore across the street from Walmart, show Feb. 4th in Casa Grande), (Lambs- 5 lambs, 15th- meeting 3:30 @Amphi, show on 28th in Yuma, 29th meeting?, Feb. 5 show in Casa Grande) (Rabbit- 23rd meeting 5:00/5:30 @Makaylas house, ownership paperwork due Jan 15th )

  • Dairy – Mr. Skip (Hard to find the opportunity to get everyone together with given weather, calfs should be pretty broke and be able to walk them around, 15th is the deadline for dairy, Isabel has a new cow, learning to milk)

  • Gardening – Ms. Claire (No info- contact Ms. Claire to set up a meeting)

  • Shooting sports/Archery – Mr. David (Colt- won 1st place on a pig and got a fufu, send thank you note to Mr. Reed, meeting 14th 4:00 @Archery course *wear close toed shoes)

  • Photography – Brandon (contact Brandon to arrange a meeting)

  • FAIR= APRIL 20th – 30th

  • Public speaking- Tractor supply is looking for people to give presentations- contact Brenda to help set it up

  • Project leaders need to get together with officers to refine bylaws- need to be updated

  • Food drive to be held at the Feb. meeting- please bring food to be donated!
