Community Service Activity - Christmas card making! 

               Watch for an email from Kayla regarding when they’ll be delivering the cards and doing carols. You are most welcome to join.

 

Old Business - Gila

• We made $450 from the Jim Click ticket sales! GREAT JOB!

• Make sure you have signed up for a quality care class

• Arizona Nationals is December 31st, it's a great opportunity for senior members, they have college scholarships for participants! You can find more information online.

 

New Business - Gila

• Project reports

• Horse – Ms. Staggs – 

  • Ownership paperwork due in December (possibly the 15th?)

• Cavy, rabbit– Mrs. Heather

  • Big show on 12/2

    • Our members did really well

  • Next meeting is 12/22 at 11am

    • Board for fair and pizza

  • Have some new members

  • Ownership paperwork is due in January, so bring your docs to the December meeting

 

• Swine, goat, lamb– Makayla and Anthony

  • Lamb meeting on December 17th at 4 pm

  • Pigs

    • Garrigan’s 

      • Pigs can go on the 20th

      • Club is scheduled on the 30th

    • Tag-in is the 7th and the 13th, from 10-12

      • Plan to be there on the Sunday date (the 7th), since Makayla will have that day off of work. She has to sign your paperwork. Don’t be late or you can’t tag in. If you have an emergency (e.g., blowout) call Makayla right away.

      • February 3 – Casa Grande AZ Classic Show

      • Feb 4 – Sheep show

      • Yuma also has a huge show.

• Dairy – Mr. Skip

  • Had a meeting yesterday

  • Practiced showing

  • Have our paperwork almost done for the January deadline

 

• Shooting sports/Archery - Mr. David, Small bore - Mr. Tom

  • Archery – meeting this Sat at 8am to practice field shooting at Naranja

  • Went to Tucson Rifle club; it was great

  • Having a meeting with UA agents about getting an agreement with the pistol club

  • January 6th at 9am meeting
