1. Project reports 

1. Swine, Lamb, Rabbit – Mrs. Makayla - Rabbit meetings every other Friday - Feb. 21 meeting @ Kylie’s house @ 3:30PM-- April 11th @ 9AM fair work day set up for rabbit-- Lamb/Swine - Feb. 23 FFA shows in Coolidge -- March 1 Swine/Lamb meeting, March 7th - 8th Sala Pima County Show -- March 28th swine clinic --March 14th?? is swine/lamb meeting.

2. Dog -Mrs. Megan-- Registrations due Jan. 15, study for dog quad in March, Pre-Fair electronic entries due Feb. 22nd, record book check in March

3. Dairy -Mr. Skip -  Feb. 22, 1pm @ Mr Sparlin’s house.

4. Small bore – Mr. Tom-  Both Groups invited to Volunteer shoot in Mammoth on Feb. 15th 

                                       Group A- Feb. 22nd, Fun Shoot- Feb. 1-2 (anyone in 4-Hable to participate)

                                       Fair Shoot- March 21st  

                                       When looking at your shooting dates calendar from Mr. Tom...do not refer to the colors, look at the wording for the correct shooting dates.

   5. Archery – Mr. Brad-- Shoot dates: Feb. 22nd, March 14 & 28th.

   6.Leather – Mr. John- meeting Feb. 22 @ fire station @ 3PM

 

Community Service Projects / Fund-raising 

 

1. Jim Click Tickets-- pick up individually from extension office 

2. Yard sale--still no dates

3. Restaurant Day--Catalina Craft Pizza 

 

* March 14 - car wash at Tractor Supply*

(sign up sheet for car wash supplies will be available @ next meeting)

 

Buyer Letters: Get started and figure out who you are going to send letters to. Recommended to send out 100-150 letters. The 4h calendars have the buyers from last year. Make sure the letters are sent out by the middle of March.

Shirt Order Forms: club will pay for 1 t-shirt per family (will cost roughly $325)
