Fair Stuff
-
Need to decide what to do with the pig board. It turned out great, and the idea was to save it for next year, since we invested in the burlap and the board. But, we need someone willing to store it. Right now, Rylan's dad has it; he took it home from the fair. Alternative is to let it go, so someonecan reuse for other purposes and buy another one next year. (Discussion, volunteer to keep it??)
-
If anyone has any receipts for items purchased for fair boards, etc. please submit them to Brenda at end of meeting for reimbursement.
-
We have leftover shavings. We need to decide what to do with them. One option is to “sell” them to parents who need shavings. Funds go back into club account. (Open for discussion and vote.)
-
Decision is to: Makayla is keeping the pig board; Missy will keep the shavings for state fair.

End of Year Celebration
-
Use the $250.00 we earned for parking lot clean up? We won’t get the $$ til June. But we should have enough in club funds to pay for activity ahead of time. Discuss who funds should pay for…members and leaders? Just club members? Adults, siblings, etc would have to pay for their own way? (discussion and vote)
-
Activity? - Open for discussion….Whatever activity we decide to do will need to be something all members can do, young and old. Select date (most likely after school is out, but not too late in summer…) Who would like to be the lead on organizing it? Who would like to help? Take names. (Discussion and vote)
-
Decision is to: use the money to have a BBQ with games and prizes and hopefully have the fire truck come and spray us with water.
