February’s minutes: Kylie summarizes – community services at Catalina Craft Pizza, shirt order forms,

New Business: Gila

-March Madness I & II Volunteer/Fundraiser Opportunity – horse show at fair grounds, not required, would help club out, go online to sign up, 16th and 17th, only have to go for an hour time slot

 

-Parking Passes/Wristbands- April 13th collecting wristbands, can get additional wristbands on the 13th, order sticker for vehicle and hanging sticker for campground

 

-Fair Update: wristbands & shavings – members showing large stock animals will get ONE bag of shavings, members who don’t show animals get wristband, small stock kids automatically get shavings so they will get wristbands

 

-Parking lot clean up: April 26 – that Friday of fair, be at barn at 6- ALL MEMBERS BE THERE IF POSSIBLE

 

-Work Days: April 6th & 13 make sure and sign up when there, be at one of the workdays or they will not let you sign in at fair, bring gloves!

 

-Nominations-Elections in April – have a speech ready for next month

-Attendance – 70% of meetings need to be attended to show at fair

 

 

Project Reports

 

-Swine- March 17th at 3:30 at Makayla’s house / same thing on March 31st

 

Dairy Cattle- field trip???

 

Rabbit- facetime meetings when possible, small stock workday April 13th

 

Dog- March 22nd -24th show…7:30am to 1pm

 

Goat & Lamb- March 17th at 2:30 at Makayla’s house / same thing on 31st at 3pm (final weighin)

 

Shooting sports- March 17th at 1 to 4 pm at range 11 - April 13th work day - March 23 is fair at Southeast regional park, be there quarter to 7/ bring water, sunscreen, start drinking Wednesday - award ceremony April 21st at 3pm

 

Archery-

 

Steer- March 17th at least an hour with Adam at 1pm / same on 31st
